  • Investment: Funds committed by an Investor into a Project
  • Return: Financial income generated from electricity usage
  • Marketplace: Secondary trading environment for project stakes

3. ELIGIBILITY

You may use the platform only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have legal capacity to enter into contracts
  • You comply with applicable laws

WeShare reserves the right to:

  • Verify identity (KYC)
  • Reject or terminate accounts at its discretion

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

6. INVESTMENT TERMS & RISK DISCLOSURE

  • Based on actual electricity consumption
  • Dependent on offtaker payment behavior
  • Subject to operational performance

6.2 Key Risks Include:

  • Offtaker default or delayed payment

6.3 Investor Responsibility

Investors must:

7. OFFTAKER OBLIGATIONS

8. PAYMENT TERMS

8.1 Investors

  • Must fund investments through approved methods

8.2 Offtakers

  • Must pay invoices on time

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the platform is owned by WeShare, including:

  • Design

10. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
